FAQ
Selling/Consigning
You price and tag your items, drop them off at the start of the 5-day event, and Kiddos sells them for you. You don't need to be present during the sale — just return at the end of the event to pick up your unsold items (or donate them) and collect your earnings check.
Consignors earn 60% of their sales by default. By volunteering for work shifts and/or referring friends, you can increase your earnings up to 75%.
You can sell brand new or gently used children's items for ages 0–12, including clothing, shoes, toys, books, games, bikes, strollers, car seats, baby gear, play equipment, and nursery furniture. More info here.
Registration is free (for a limited time) and can be completed online. Once registered, you'll get access to a consignor portal to tag and manage your items.

No! That's one of the biggest benefits. You drop off your tagged items and Kiddos does the rest. You only need to return at the end to pick up unsold items or authorize them for donation.
After the event, you can pick up your unsold items or we'll donate them to a local charity on your behalf.
Kiddos saves you the hassle of individual listings, no-shows, and last-minute haggling. You tag your items once, drop them off, and collect your earnings — all without dealing with strangers or scheduling meetups.
All items must be clean, and in good working condition. Items should be free of stains, rips, broken parts, and heavy wear. Think "would I be happy buying this?" — if yes, bring it! More info here.
Car seats are accepted only if they are 5 years old or newer, have never been involved in an accident, are not expired, and have all original parts and labels intact. For the safety of all families, we do not accept car seats that have been recalled or are missing their labels.
Consignor earnings are paid out after the event concludes. You'll receive a check on pickup day. If you don't plan on picking up your items, please bring a self-addressed stamped envelope to drop off or sometime during the event and we will mail the check to you.

Refer a Friend
When you refer a friend to consign at Kiddos and they sign up, you earn an extra 5% added to your sales earnings. The more friends you refer, the more you make — up to a maximum of 75% of your total sales.
Yes! Referral bonuses and volunteer shift earnings stack together, up to a maximum of 75% of your total sales. It's one of the best ways to earn the most from your consigned items.
When your friend registers, they simply select "Referred by Someone" in the "How did you hear about us?" field and enter your name in the box below it. That's all it takes — make sure they have your name handy when they sign up! More details here.
Yes — anyone you refer gets to join Kiddos as a consignor and start earning from their own items too. It's a win for everyone!
Volunteer
No! Anyone can volunteer, even if you're not consigning items. Volunteers get early access to shop before the public sale opens.
Volunteers get to shop early at presale events and earn a higher percentage on their consignment sales. Working one 3.5-hour shift boosts your earnings to 65%; two shifts = 70%; three shifts = 75%.
Each volunteer shift is 3.5 hours.
Each shift adds 5% to your consignor earnings. Without volunteering you earn 60% — with three shifts, you earn 75% of your total sales.
Volunteer tasks vary by shift and may include sorting and organizing items, helping shoppers on the floor, assisting with checkout, or helping with setup and breakdown. It's a fun, energetic environment and a great way to connect with other local families!
Yes! Every volunteer shift adds 5% to your base earnings, and referral bonuses stack on top of that — so the more you do both, the more you make, up to a maximum of 75% of your total sales.
