Kiddos Consignment, LLC is a California limited liability company that hosts seasonal children’s consignment pop-up events in Orange County, California.

2. Eligibility

The Website and our events are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. You may not use the Website or enroll in Kiddos Connect if you are under 18.

3. Kiddos Connect Communications

Kiddos Connect is our email and SMS program. When you submit the sign-up form on our Website, you may choose to receive:

  • Email updates about upcoming events, registration, shopping hours, and general event information.
  • Marketing SMS about upcoming events, seller registration, shopping hours, promotions, and event reminders.
  • Transactional SMS about consignor account updates, drop-off and pickup reminders, payout information, and event logistics.

Email signup is separate from SMS. Checking an SMS box is optional and is not required to join the email list. Checkboxes are never pre-checked.

4. SMS Program Terms

By providing your mobile number and checking the applicable SMS consent box(es) on our Website, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Kiddos Consignment, LLC at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of participating in a Kiddos event.

  • Message frequency may vary.
  • Standard message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
  • Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-in keywords

You may also opt in by texting one of the following keywords to our SMS number: START, YES, JOIN, KIDDOS.

Opt-out keywords

You may opt out at any time by texting STOP, STOPALL, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation and we will not send further SMS unless you opt in again.
